What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), delivery addresses, order and payment records (M-Pesa receipt numbers), messages between buyers and sellers, and for Vendors, verification documents (ID, KRA PIN, business certificates).

How we use it

To run the marketplace, process payments and payouts, verify sellers, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and send service notifications. We share buyer delivery details only with the Vendor fulfilling that order.

Verification documents

KYC documents are stored privately, are never shown publicly, and are only accessible to authorised BestGadget staff.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting info@bestgadget.co.ke, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
